Are the percentages exact?
No. They are estimates built from public FDA and Medicaid data, plus anonymous reports from other users. No public system shows a pharmacy's live inventory. Always call the pharmacy to confirm.
What does "Public data only" mean?
Nobody has reported for that pharmacy yet, so the estimate comes from public data alone. It changes to "Some local reports" and "Many local reports" as people share what they found.
How do I report what I found?
Open a pharmacy, tap "I checked. Report what I found," and choose "Yes, they had it" or "No, they didn't." You can also choose "Prefer not to answer." Reports are anonymous.
Do you collect my personal information?
No. There is no account, and MedBeam never asks for your name, prescription, doctor, diagnosis or insurance. See the privacy policy.
Medical safety
MedBeam is an information tool, not medical advice. Never change your medication or dose without talking to your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call 911.
